This is Redwork ABC by The Stitch Connection.
The embroidery has been completed for all of the blocks. Now I am sewing the piecing around each of the blocks. I only have 16 more blocks to go! This is my second redwork quilt this summer. I think the next one will have to be bluework or greenwork because I am a bit tired of seeing red. My new 830 and I are getting to know each other as we work on this quilt.

that's a great way to learn what your machine can do!
It's a great quilt-I'd need a change of color too.
I love redwork. I'm working on one right now too, only I'm doing it in blue. It's a winter scene. Yours is very pretty.
Very pretty. I've recently caught the redwork "bug", and am working on a raggedy ann and andy one.
Not only do I love this project - but I like the line - "I only have 16 more blocks to go" LOL!!
You are getting down to the "last chapter". Real nice project. Never seen "green work".
Oh how interesting. I just hung this same quilt in a show this weekend!
glen: it is gorgeous
Thank you for all your kind compliments. The work continues on finishing the blocks. It appears I will have to get more fabric. It will be beautiful. I an hurrying so that I can start another project.

I am working on a redwork quilt now but it is black stitching on lime green background. I am loving it,
You are so talented... love this look.
These are beautiful blocks...what a great project!
I, too, have never done a redwork quilt but seeing yours I may just have to. Of course mine will probably be done on orange, just to be different and me. ;-)
