Messenger Bag

This is my version of the Software Sampler project that I am teaching next month.  It is a messenger bag that uses several Corel Draw techniques that are part of the Bernina Designer Plus digitizing software.  But this bag does not have embroidery.  It is all completed with Transfer Artist Paper (TAP) that transfers images directly into the fabric.  The designs are washable and crack-resistant.  I found TAP easy to use.  Developing my own design took hours! I would use the paper again for making someone a special gift.

This paper isn't like the old iron on kind? I like the idea if it didn't have that plastic-like stuff that is hard to iron on and/or sew on.

The paper is iron-on, but the design embeds into the fabric and is soft and pliable. It is not supposed to crack or peel. You will just have to give it a try. I like it.
